Kilara Financial Solutions Pty Ltd (AFSL 244530) is required to be a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). AFCA is operator of the AFCA scheme, which is the external dispute resolution scheme. We must also have in place Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) procedures to ensure that complaints, in respect of the financial services we and our representatives provide to clients, are managed fairly, effectively and efficiently.
